Executive Peer Mastermind Groups
Peer mastermind groups are supportive communities where peers work with one another to develop trust, uncover issues, reflect on and discuss issues, share perspectives, develop goals and change processes, and develop the capacity to implement changes.
Masterminding helps to eliminate your blind spots so you can make progress on your most important goals. We focus on the adaptive problems, or issues for which there are no clear solutions but that threaten success. As the facilitator, I create a learning environment for executives to collaborate with trusted peers, supporting mutual growth and development.
I coordinate peer mastermind groups of 6–9 senior executives from businesses located within a few hours of one another. Groups form anywhere in the United States and meet four times per year for one day at a time or three times per year for two days at a time, based on the group’s needs. Participants are required to make a one-year commitment to the group.
The one-on-one developmental experience is for executive leaders who want to make a greater impact and get different results from their teams or organizations. I help leaders focus on mastering new attitudes, approaches, and behaviors for problem solving, developing positive working relationships, and personal and professional growth.
With decades of leadership experience, I have an appreciation for the types of challenges executive leaders face, and I provide practical guidance for effectively handling those challenges and demands. I work with each leader on an individual basis, customizing the experience to meet his or her specific needs and goals.

Team Programs and Workshops
Team programs and workshops build the individual skills and the collective capacity to learn and work together to maximize performance of teams. We focus on skills and behaviors, social processes and performance, communication, and collaboration to foster positive working relationships and team success.

The state of the business analysis is an idea sharing exercise in which I conduct an on-site analysis of your business with a focus on personal relationship dynamics. I partner with leaders who desire more personal fulfillment as well as greater effectiveness on their teams to uncover potential problems and opportunities in the business. During the analysis, I look for cost effectiveness, management effectiveness, management of systems and controls, utilization of staff, and other factors affecting business outcomes and job enrichment.
I share my findings in a conversational report and discussion with leadership. My analysis provides a fresh perspective of your business as I share my insights from decades of leadership experience in business and extensive training in organization development.
